What can I expect during a session?

You’ll lay down or sit in a comfortably on a mat or massage table, fully clothed, in a peaceful environment. The practitioner will play a variety of instruments while you relax. Some people feel physical sensations, twitching, warm, cool, tingling, see color, or enter a mediative state-others simply rest deeply or fall asleep. The practitioner will use their voice to calmly to bring you consciousness back into the room and give you time to feel awake and grounded.

Is Sound Healing safe for everyone?
